Staff development and growth
Staff development is a priority at Spring Hill. All staff are given the induction and ongoing support they need to make the school a safe environment where children can thrive and develop. Mandatory training includes: health and safety, equality and diversity, child protection and first aid. Other training undertaken by staff is identified to meet the needs of the school and the young people.
