Whenever I refer a parent to the Parent Partnership Service, I do so knowing they will find support and some reassurance. it is importnat especially in my job, that I have confidence in a team which provide a service to parents who are often feeling vulnerable within, or frustrated at the system.  The service provides valuable support in enabling parents to express their concerns and worries in a way that facilitates positive working relationships.  I also value their support.
