Barnardo’s business breakfasts and networking evenings
If you believe in children, why not have breakfast with Barnardo’s?
For some business people, getting out of bed is a challenging feat at the best of times. However, working on the premise that the ‘early bird catches the worm’ you’d probably not be surprised at just how many people get up early to network at a Barnardo’s business breakfast. In some cases, we have up to 75 people!

Whatever the location, each breakfast follows a similar format – starting around 7am and finishing promptly at 9am. Business networking takes place until around 7.50am when guests are invited to sit down for a full English breakfast (vegetarian options available). For around 8.15am we invite a guest speaker, usually a prominent figure in business, local government or industry, to give a talk about their work and/or approaches to corporate social responsibility. This is then followed by a brief talk about Barnardo’s in the local community, followed by a final pre-work networking session from 8.45am until 9am.
