More than a hundred people attended the debate which focused on disadvantaged children and families – the types of families that Barnardo’s supports through our work.
The audience quizzed the politicians on a wide range of areas, including: children in care; poverty and social mobility; early years education; and youth justice issues.
Do you think the education system works for you and your friends?
Do you think politicians address issues that you are concerned about?
What advice would you give to other young people?
