Complaints policy
The complaints policy and procedure are discussed at the pupil Admission/Partnership meeting. All pupils and their parents are aware of how to make a complaint and who to address it to should they find it appropriate.
It is our aim that any dissatisfaction or concerns are addressed in a prompt and appropriate manner in the first instance, with effective resolution where possible. Where this is inappropriate or felt not to have resolved any issue there is a formal process which can be followed as detailed in our complaints policy
