Academic achievements

Meadows School takes celebrating achievements very seriously. Praising and rewarding the positive and acknowledging success is carried out on a regular basis through weekly and daily assemblies, a ‘special mentions’ book, and an annual prize giving ceremony.

Academic achievements are all the more remarkable from Meadows pupils as many have had a fragmented educational experience prior to joining us, and have to deal with many other issues before they can engage with education and reach their full potential. Young people are encouraged to rise to challenges, learn new skills and develop existing strengths to give them the best possible start in their life after Meadows.
