Barnardo's Manchester Leaving Care

Barnardo's Manchester Leaving Care project enables young people to make a successful transition from being in care to independent living.

The project works to enable, support and befriend 16-21 year olds in their transition into adulthood, following their care or accommodation by Manchester social services. If you are a young person 16-21 and have been in care, please contact the service to see if you are entitled to access any of our services.

The project is a partnership between Barnardo’s and Manchester social services.
