I’ve made new friends

They help me budget my money. I didn’t have to do that before

If there is an emergency or if I feel lonely at night I can phone the on-call service anytime, day or night, 365 days a year

My keyworker taught me to cook nutritious meals

I hadn’t cooked or shopped for food myself before and my project worker helped me do that
