What young people can expect from us

Whatever your problem, whoever you are or no matter how you are feeling you can expect our workers at all times, to:

  • treat you with respect
  • listen to your opinion
  • be patient with you
  • try to understand, if not always agree with, your point of view
  • try to help you if we can, or find someone else who may be able to help you
  • respect your right to confidentiality as far as we are able - sometimes this will not be possible, but if this is the case we will tell you
  • respect your right to complain about our service if you wish to, and if you do complain we will treat such complaints seriously and fairly
  • not to give up on you - becoming independent and fulfilling your potential can sometimes take along time!
