Complaints

If you ever want to complain about our service for whatever reason you can:

  • tell your worker
  • ask to see one of the service managers and tell them
  • write down what is bothering you and either give it to us or send it to Barnardo's (we’ll give you a stamped addressed envelope to help you do this)
