Heshima Family Support Centre

Barnardo's Heshima Family Support Centre offers a range of services to children and families in the local community. We work in partnership with the London borough of Lambeth and the London borough of Croydon.

We have two teams of staff offering various services which focus on the wellbeing and welfare of children - the social work team and community support team.

Heshima means ‘respect’ in Swahili and this reflects how we try and work with everyone we come into contact with.

Our goal is to help children and adults reach their full potential and to offer positive experiences in a safe and warm environment.
