- struggling with your emotional health and well-being
- having difficulties at school or home
- having decisions being made about you - without you?
- thinking of volunteering

We will:
- listen to your wishes and feelings and help you to voice them in meetings where decisions about your future are made
- help you to feel confident when speaking to other people
- support you if you wish to make a complaint or lodge an appeal
- encourage you to join our Advisory group to have fun and give your ideas to make things better for you and others in the future. Group work will also give you the opportunity to learn new skills that will help you achieve a better life in the future
- keep everything you say to us confidential. The only time we would have to share information with anyone else is if we think you are at risk or in danger or someone else is in danger.

If you feel that you are someone or know someone who could use our help you can make a referral to us. Referrers can be:
- yourself
- friend
- family
- school
- social Worker
- health Worker
- worker from any other organisation
