We are endeavouring to understand the nature of discrimination, its roots and how it affects people at work. We will continue to build this understanding into our work. Our approach is governed by our Basis and Values, which are our core values as an organisation. Our first core value is ‘Respecting the unique worth of every person’ because we believe that every person is different but equal, and that everyone’s unique talent should be recognised and encouraged.
