We need to recruit a broad range of foster carers and adoptive parents from across the north east region. This includes those who wish to consider a professional therapeutic role, long term care or short break care at weekends or during school holidays.

Foster carers
As a foster carer, whether in a short or long term or specialised capacity, you will work as part of a committed and experienced team and you will receive an excellent package of support, which includes:
- comprehensive training and specialist advice
- one-to-one and group support
- access to a clinical psychologist
- an allowance.
Adoptive carers
We provide a nationwide adoption service and are looking to recruit adoptive parents for all types of children, including children aged 5 and over, black and ethnic minority children of all ages and sibling groups.
As an adoptive carer you will work as part of a committed and experienced team and you will receive an excellent package of support, which includes:
- comprehensive training and specialist advice
- one-to-one and group support
- access to a clinical psychologist.
