Accessing our services
Local authorities
We welcome referrals from local authorities across Worcestershire. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and help us to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people
We work with children who have a wide range of physical and learning disabilities, including children with complex health and behavioural needs such as autism.
The vast majority of the children and young people referred to us are living at home with their birth or adoptive parents, although some children are living with long term foster carers.
We provide planned support in order to establish links which will last over a number of years. Emergency provision is normally offered to children who are already known to us although we have provided an emergency service to three children not known to the service this year.
Please visit the glossary for definitions of carer and support worker roles.
