To assist us in our work, we need to recruit a broad range of carers from Redbridge and the surrounding areas. We recognise the importance of gradual introductions for children and foster carers to ensure that the placement is successful.

Short break carers
We need to recruit short break or home carers who can offer to care for a child in their home or the child's home. This could be for a couple of hours or for a weekend or holiday.
Working as part of a committed and experienced team, you will receive an excellent package of support, which includes:
- comprehensive training and specialist advice
- one-to-one and group support
- an out-of-hours support service
- an allowance.
Volunteers
We require people to become active in our volunteer service. As part of our service you will assist a local young person to access group and local community activities.
As part of a dedicated and experienced team you will receive:
- comprehensive training and specialist advise
- excellent one to one support
- expenses.
