Join our team

To assist us in our work, we need to recruit a broad range of carers from across Brighton and the surrounding areas.

We recognise the importance of gradual introductions for children and foster carers to ensure that the placement is successful.

We would love to hear from you if you are interested in becoming a carer or would like more information. Please feel free to contact us for an informal discussion.

Foster carers

We require short break foster carers who can offer care in their home to disabled children. This may be overnight, on weekends or during school holidays.

We also require contract and long term carers who can provide care on a full time basis.

Working as part of a committed and experienced team, you will receive an excellent package of support, which includes:

  • out of hours support
  • comprehensive training and specialist advice
  • excellent supervision and support
  • fostering allowances.

Sitters

We need to recruit sitters who provide a few hours flexible support in the child's home and are an important part of our work.

Working as part of a committed and experienced team, you will receive an excellent package of support, which includes:

  • comprehensive training and specialist advice
  • excellent supervision and support
  • an allowance.
