Q What is your age limit?

A We can represent children and young people from birth up to 25 if necessary (providing they were looked after on their 16th birthday.

Q Is there a charge for using the service?

A No, the service is free.

Q What Geographical area do you work in?

A We work with those who live, work or go to school in Fife, or receive a service from Fife Council or NHS Fife.  We also work with Children and Young People who are looked after but placed out of Fife e.g. in Dumfries & Galloway or England.

Q How can I get in touch with you?

A Telephone or e mail is best but we can also arrange to meet you at your home if travelling is difficult.

Q Is the service confidential?

A Yes, information is shared with your consent however, the only time we will share information without your consent is if you tell us others are at risk of harm or a court orders us to do so.
