We can help you if any of the following apply to you :
Children and Young People
- you live in Fife
- you are receiving a service from Fife Council or NHS Fife
- you are looked after by Fife Council (You do not need permission to contact the Children's Rights Service)
Parents and Carers
- you are a parent, carer, relative or friend contacting us on behalf of a Fife child or young person
- your issue relates specifically to a child or young person with a disability
Service Providers
- you work with a Fife child or Young Person
- you manage a service for Fife children
- your issue relates specifically to a child or young person with a disability

Enquiry service
If you have any query relating to Children's Rights we will endevour to offer relaevant information or advice. If we cannot help we will seek to put you in touch with people who can help.
Case work
Upon receiving a referral a decision is made to see if it is appropriate for the Rights Service to become involved. If so core services around work with the child or young person, work with referrers, advocacy, participation and representation of issues will occur. At all times we work in partnership with the child or young person at the centre.
Library and resources
Fife Children’s Rights Service hosts Fife’s premier resource on Children’s Rights. Current and established texts are available as are general resources that you can use to work with Children and Young People on a wide range of issues. Please call the office to arrange a suitable time to access these resources.
Training and consultancy
We have considerable experience in delivering training and consultancy on Children’s Rights to a wide range of audiences across Fife and Scotland. If you wish to discuss this further please contact the office to arrange an appointment.
