We work with disabled children and young people and their families across the Pembrokeshire area.
Our team has developed expertise in the provision of short break services based on the assessed needs of the individual child or young person. These services enable them to take advantage of the opportunities available to their non-disabled peers through a focus on inclusion and participation.
