Pembrokeshire Family Link Service
Established in 1984, we provide a range of short break services to disabled children and young people and their families living in Pembrokeshire.
We are based in Pembroke Dock and work across the whole of Pembrokeshire. Working in partnership with the local authority, our team has developed expertise in the provision of short breaks with carers.
Barnardo’s Pembrokeshire V-linx Scheme has received the following awards from the Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services since it began:
2007 - Winner of Individual Under 25s Award
2008 - Winner of Individual Under 25s Award
2009 - Commended in the Volunteer Group Award
2009 - Highly Commended in the Under 25s Individual Award
2011 - Highly Commended in the Under 25s Volunteer Group Award
2011 - Highly Commended in the Under 25s Individual Award
