Baby massage and rhythm gym
<p><b>Baby massage </b>is a bookable five week course suitable for babies and their parents/carers from birth until crawling. Each week you will learn to massage a different area of the body, along with a recap of the previous week. Massage has many benefits which include improving sleep patterns, helping to relieve colic symptoms and helping with bonding and relaxation.</p>
<p><b>Rhythm gym</b> is a follow-on bookable 5 week course for parents/carers who have attended the baby massage sessions. Rhymes and exercises help your baby to learn, develop and have fun. This session also helps with muscle, speech and language development.</p>
