Phil's story of school exclusion and crime*

Phil was known to the local youth offending team by the age of ten and was permanently excluded from school at 14. He got into more trouble with the police, was bored and became friends with troublemakers. Thankfully, attending Barnardo’s Wheels project in Birmingham for the last three years has helped Phil turn his life around.
