We appreciate the need for capacity building your own people and also offer 'Train the Trainers' courses where key members of staff work with our own training consultants to develop their knowledge and skills. In this way we can provide you with staff training to sustain delivery. Through training the trainers we can empower your own staff to deliver training and cascade the subject matter internally to other colleagues.
