Samia Smith Opens New Vintage Shop
Soap Star Samia Smith officially opened Barnardo's new vintage boutique in Wilmslow. The shop is Wilmslow's first vintage clothing store and is already home to an impressive array of vintages dresses, shoes, accessories, gifts and homewares.
Samia said:
Barnardo’s does such fantastic work with vulnerable children and it’s great to see such an innovative approach to raising funds.
I would like to appeal to local residents to give up a bit of their spare time to volunteer for the new vintage store, or to donate their quality vintage items."
All the money raised from the shop goes towards Barnardo's work in the North West with vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people who face a range of issues including poverty, neglect, sexual exploitation, bereavement and homelessness.
