Culm Valley Children's Centre
The Culm Valley Children's Centre is at the heart of the community providing support for children and families all around the Culm Valley. We have a range of services and sessions within our new building at St Andrews Estate, Cullompton. In addition there are a wide range of services provided in villages throughout the area.
Massage in pregnancy and childbirth
Come and discover the benefits of massage and the use of essential oils in pregnancy and childbirth. Learn simple, safe and effective exercises to ease the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Fathers and birth partners can learn the skill of massage during labour. Held by Susan Carroll.
Enjoy the company of other parents in this free, fun and active class at the Culm Valley Children's Centre:
- Tuesday 7th September 7.00pm to 8.30pm.
- Tuesday 5th October 7.00pm to 8.30pm.
- Tuesday 2nd November 7.00pm to 8.30pm.
