Barnardo’s Consultancy

At Barnardo’s, we work directly with 358,800 children, young people, parents and carers every year and run over 800 vital services across the UK.

Consultancy needs in the modern context

We understand the difficulties organisations are facing in times of continuous change and where services are coping with increased demands and competing priorities. We understand that the need for training support for staff is perhaps higher than ever before but solutions need to be different. We are able to offer a range of online solutions to you so you can continue to support the learning and development needs of your workforce as well as staff care and support. Our Training arm of the business can provide a range of solutions online including facilitated groups, hosted classrooms, webinars and e-learning solutions.

We also understand that organisations are facing new challenges in respect of safeguarding children; the nature of risks emerging may be changing, vulnerabilities are increasing, your staff providing services have added pressures and increased support needs whilst managers are facing the challenge of constant change. Managing safeguarding risks in this context is as important as ever before. Barnardo’s are able to offer independent advice and consultancy support at this difficult time.
