Commission our Children's Centres
We currently have about 80 Children’s Centres across England, including large contracts in Buckinghamshire, Cumbria and Gloucestershire.
Our Sure Start Children’s Centres reach the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children, often working with in partnership with local health visitors, midwives and the National Childminding Association.
Our knowledge of the local communities we work in allows each of our centres to be a trusted provider of local services, supporting and informing parents and carers.
The centres can provide for a range of needs, from a broad service that’s open to anyone, through to more tailored services focusing on particular issues including:
- Parenting classes
- Groups to support dads and male carers
- Breastfeeding support
- Groups for new mums needing extra support.
We are proud to promote the inclusion of all children, their families and carers and seek to create a safe and nurturing environment.
