Barnardo's Catalyst Service

Catalyst is a community development project, which aims to promote the inclusion of children/young people who are disabled to enable them to access community facilities and activities. We work with local statutory and voluntary services to ensure the needs of children/young people and their families are met.

We offer a Children’s Rights service to looked-after children/young people across the borough of St Helens.
