Pityoulish Estate
Nestled in the foothills of the breathtaking Cairn Gorm mountain range, with the mighty River Spey running through, Pityoulish lives up to the origin of its Pictish name, the bright and beautiful place.
Pityoulish is an area of great scenic beauty rich in diverse plant and animal life including mountain hare, red deer, osprey, golden eagles, capercaillie and pine martins. The area is steeped in history and has a variety of archaeological sites of great interest. Visitors to the area can now stay in a range of self catering holiday cottages. Each of the three routes of the Cairngorm Challenge travel through the Pityoulish Estate, so no matter which route you choose you will be able to experience this incredible scenery.
