Barnardo's Brighton and Hove Link Plus Service
We have been working with disabled children and young people in the Brighton and Hove area since 1998.
Our team has developed expertise in the provision of specialist foster care placements for disabled children and young people enabling them to live in a family home.
Our service provides the following areas of care to disabled children and children with learning difficulties such as autism and behavior that challenges:
- long term fostering
- short break fostering
- contract care
- sitting service
- sessional support workers.
