How to send your money in
Sending in your sponsorship money is simple:
1. Once you have collected all your money fill in your giro slip (more can be sent should you need them). Please write your group name and postcode on the back of the giro. If you need more slips contact the Toddle team on 020 8498 7594.
2. Make your cheques payable to ‘Barnardo’s Big Toddle’.
3. Write your ID reference number or the registered name/group name and postcode on the back of each cheque you are banking.
4. Take your money and giro slip to your nearest Barclays Bank (only in England and Wales). It is important you keep your stamped stubs in a safe place until you receive your certificate from us.
5. Alternatively you can send us your money by post. Please enclose one of your giro slips with your cheques, made payable to ‘Barnardo’s Big Toddle’, and post them to: Barnardo’s Big Toddle Processing, Tanners Lane, Barkingside, Ilford, Essex, IG6 1QG.
6. Charity vouchers should be sent to the above address with either a giro slip or a letter to identify the name of your group, so we know you’ve paid your money in.
Remember! If you are retaining up to 25% of the money you have raised for your group or cause, you will need to deduct this before you pay your money in. It cannot be returned afterwards
