Joining one of ours

Our organised Toddles are all unique, however they do have a few common factors. When you arrive at the venue, Toddle signs and volunteers will direct you to the welcome desk so we know you’ve arrived.

The Toddle itself is around half a mile long. When the children cross the finish line it is time to put on the badge from your packs and have a well deserved drink and a snack. The children can then join in the entertainment and enjoy the venue.

Things you need to know

• Check the details of the venue dates and locations (further details, including times, will be sent closer to the time).
• If children are Toddling as part of a group then remember to let their parents know using our letter, which can be given out with the sponsorship sheet.
• Plan your travel in advance and decide whether you are going to bring a picnic for after the Toddle.
• Don’t forget to bring your stickers and badge for when your Toddlers cross the finishing line.
• Ensure there’s adequate adult supervision for the children and that they are prepared for the weather; either with sun cream and sun hats or wellies and jackets.
• Join our Big Toddle Facebook page, which is a great way to connect with other parents or groups going to the same venue. You can make travel arrangements or share tips.
