Here are some comments from those involved with the project:

A Chance to Work, I feel, has given Wayne a brilliant chance in life, he’s benefited and progressed fantastically well in his workplace, which explains itself and also he has gained more independence and confidence working out in the community.

Not only thanks to you but to your staff team, not forgetting Chris, original job trainer and Kim whom has formed a nice lasting working relationship with Wayne and always puts a smile on his face.

You all have brought Wayne on wonderfully in his present employment and also in planning for a good future for him.

I think my job is good and I like going to work.

Thank you for all your help and support over the past 18 months. I have enjoyed meeting lots of new people in my job placements and am happy now to be at Blockbusters. I have also made new friends at Barnardo’s and will miss you.

I like the way that my job trainer listens to me and takes notice of what I say.
